Upcoming Photos

Yesterday I ran across a mystery roll of undeveloped film. I knew I hadn't used a film camera in years and I had no idea whether the film would still be good. Since I needed to take it in to be processed, I have decided to begin the expensive and tedious process of turning my slides and prints (from negatives) into digital photos. As I don't have a high quality scanner, I'm having this done at a professional photo shop. Due to the expense, I have taken approximately 225 slides and 40 negatives in for processing. I gave up on having slides. I don't have a projector--they aren't even made anymore--and don't want to even store them anymore. So, I'm looking forward to seeing what was on the slides.

Some of these were photos from Girls' State, band trips to CA (incl. Disneyland and Sea World and the Rose Parade). Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, Oregon, California, Washington and Tucson (Arizona) were other places that were part of these. Now I am certain that not every single one of those photos will be worth submitting to DA, in fact I don't have any idea how many will be, but I'm so excited about seeing what they look like and I sincerely hope that many of them will be appropriate to share.
