When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

This photo was taken from the balcony of my hotel room in Ensenada. For some reason we stayed in the honeymoon suite--it was not my honeymoon. All night long I could hear the sound of these waves crashing outside the room. This was by far the closest I've ever slept to the ocean.

-- "In the sky, there is no distinction of east and west; people create distinctions out of their own minds and then believe them to be true." -Buddha I lived an hour away from Tijuana for 4 years, but this was the only time I went. Isn't it strange the way that tends to happen? A tourist destination is right around the corner from you and you never go. I knew so many people that had lived their entire life 2 hours away from the Grand Canyon and had never been!
-- She was a phantom of delight...a spirit, yet a woman too! this is for sure a great photo and I hope it gets more exposure...very simple minimalist but well balanced composition...I also love how at some point the clouds just "break" and you can see the blue sky and all this sorts of mirrors in the sea where the waves let out those rocks
-- Architecture - Space & Matter In 2005 I went through Consumer Reports and determined which camera I wanted. I wanted one that was small and portable and had a rechargable battery. I wanted optical zoom and at the time what was a good megapixel number: 5.0. It had good ratings in Consumer Reports, too. An additional perk is that the camera came in about 5 different colors. I chose red. The darn thing broke on me about a month after I got it and I had to send it in to be repaired. I was quite concerned about this as it barely came back a week before I went to Malaysia. Fortunately it has worked just fine ever since and takes far better pictures than I ever imagined.
I've been supremely pleased with the quality and it has so many features that I've never used. You can take pictures in colors (like only reds, or greens, or sienna, or B&W). You can stitch photos together. You can set the parameters as if it weren't a point and shoot or you can simply use it as a point and shoot (which I always do). My only complaint was that in Penang, I couldn't get any crisp overview shots because it was so humid. I'm not certain if this is something that could be adjusted with more knowledge or if that is just the way it goes... -- She was a phantom of delight...a spirit, yet a woman too! Please support the news article, yourself and the other artists with a -- Architecture - Space & Matter After the first day or so I have never been able to access this link. It takes me to the news page, but I can't ever find a link to your article. Nevertheless, this was so awesome. Not only was it a fun and different theme, but I received so many faves from this. In fact that piece is now in my top 3 or 4. Thanks!
